We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer free shipping worldwide for all our products, regardless of the destination and the number of purchases made.

Cancellations must be requested within 60 minutes of placing your order.

Important: After the 60-minute window, cancellations are no longer possible, as the order enters the shipping process — even if you have not yet received a tracking number.

Please note: tracking numbers are generated later in the process and do not indicate when shipping begins. Once your order is being prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer available.

If your package has already been shipped, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then request a return or refund (please refer to our Return Policy).

For this reason, the 60-minute cancellation period starts from the moment your order is placed — not from when you receive a tracking number.

In your cancellation email, please include your Order Number, along with the name, product description, and quantity of the items you wish to cancel.

Note: While not required, it’s helpful for our records if you can include the reason for your cancellation.

Refunds:

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-2 business days for handling and processing your order. 

The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 7-15 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow possible delays during our busy season, as well as due to possible transport issues (strikes, weather conditions, etc).

Additional factors such as distances, customs, natural disasters, may cause further delays. Tracking information is provided with every order.

To ensure that every order is handled smoothly and all customers have equal access to our products, we’ve placed a limit on the number of items per cart. This helps us manage stock more efficiently, minimize errors during packaging, and make sure each order arrives on time and in perfect condition. We truly appreciate your understanding and support!
